Read the WHO_AM_I id and accelerometer axes from an MPU6050 6-axis IMU over I2C1 on the STM32 Blue Pill (SCL=PB6, SDA=PB7). The sensor runs as a QEMU I2C slave; raw Wire reads stream to the Serial Monitor.
